This is a review of Deyarman, not Deery, I would Never go to Deery Brothers, some of the reviews will show why, but I think the two places reviews are getting mixed up. DeYarman sales went above and beyond for me!! I have never purchased a vehicle by myself, and I was concerned on how I would be treated as a female. I CAN PUT THAT WORRY AWAY!! I was Respected and Heard and All my questions were answered! Art was patient with me and Kris made sure I understood all the paperwork. Service sucks!! Took my handicap van to be repaired. Got a call and was told it was going to be $2000 to fix... The next morning got another call and was told $200, that there was really nothing wrong!! Drove home and was making louder noise than before and steering was more difficult than before!! If you're smart don't go near the place!!!
Mike Valdez is very helpful and so is Gage his assistant too and I enjoy them both.
Never buy a car here. Sales and service are great they just sell horrible cars. When your car stops working 6 months after purchasing new it’ll be in and out of service constantly. When I decided I didn’t want an unreliable xxx anymore they didn’t buy it back. This dealership has only put me in more debt.
This car dealership, especially the female owner and sales manager, are not honest people. The female owner wasn't honest right to my face and now the service manager has let me know I'm upside down on my car they just sold me. The female owner sold me a car they knew the price had dropped by $9k. The service manager told me to my face he didn't believe my monthly payment and when I sent proof, he didn't respond at all. We bought the fleet side of vehicles (5 work trucks) and Jim from start to finish was very professional and super responsive. When we had questions Jim would forward us off to a professional with the correct information in order to ensure everything was good to go, and stay in the chain response to make sure we were taken care of.
Customer friendly atmosphere. Think of customers needs and wants. Would recommend taking a visit soon.

A joke. You lost me as a customer I bought a vehicle which I was told I could return of I didn't like which I didn't and they said a they would only take it back if I bought something else which was way more expensive. I was told there was warranty and guess what there wasn't so I had to spend an extra 3k. Can't wait for the lease on my jeep to end because I will be finding another dealership in the future

I went to get my bulb changed out for my Ram 3500. I ended up changing vehicles instead. I had them at "I'm likng that Dodge Charger in your lot. Had my own financing already in place and looked at the car before walking into the dealership so the entire transaction went smoothly and quickly.
I'm going to deduct 1 star from the salesman because he didn't followup with me after the sale regarding the changing of the door lock code. I was able to go on YouTube for the answer so it's all good!
The truck I bought is beautiful and the best part is that it comes with a lifetime warranty om motor and transmission. I also got a good deal on the extended warranty.

My wife and I enjoyed working with Chad Lichtenberg, we found him very helpful and well informed. Deery of Ames did not have the Jeep we wanted. Chad helped us get one transfered from Deery of Iowa City to Deery of Ames.
I am always happy dealing with new purchases from Deery. Everyone is very helpful and makes things smooth. One thing this past purchase is the cleanliness of the vehicle. I had went home to clean the vehicle to my expectations and pulled carpet edges back and it was full of old food and straight dirt and crumbs. Looks like and ice cream cone was strung from the front drivers side, seats and all the way back to the 3rd row seat. The carpets had dark deep stains as well. Otherwise everything was good!
I highly recommend our salesman Billy Harrison. He is a no pressure guy with great people skills and very helpful product knowledge. We had a very good buying experience at Deery of Ames.

THE GOOD: Dealership had a good supply of new Jeeps, which is still hard to find post-COVID unfortunately. Did a great job explaining and answering questions regarding trade in. Salesman was very knowledgeable regarding the different models. We did not feel pushed in our decisions or towards one model compared to another which we have felt in other dealerships. Service advisor is incompetent. Isn’t honest. My vehicle should have been fixed the first time it was in there shop.
